Nicole acts for a range of clients in relation to charity and not-for-profit matters, property, commercial, corporate and litigation matters. Her experience includes acting for clients in complex structuring matters involving corporate governance issues and tax implications, mergers and restructures, advising on privacy compliance, software licencing and app development, property acquisition and development and leasing matters.
Nicole has extensive experience acting for clients in relation to not-for-profit specific matters including converting to a company limited by guarantee, fundraising registration and compliance matters, establishing and operating public and private ancillary funds, school structure and accreditation, scholarship funds, stamp duty concessions and ACNC compliance.
She also has a particular interest in intellectual property, privacy and IT legal issues.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Queensland.
Nicole is currently completing a Master of Laws at The University of Melbourne.
